  3. this is good, becoz finally someone would actually solve our complaints instead of just creating a forum and allowing people to simply post and see the complaints

  5. yes, organizations do welcome complaints but what they must make sure is that their system of receiving is perfect. usually the customer care people at call centers display pathetic behavior. we need to have more such firms actively working for customer welfare
